Returns
RETURN POLICY
- You have 21 days from your order being shipped to lodge your return.
- Once lodged you have up to 7 days to post your return back to us.
- If you wish to initiate a return please contact hello@fartherafield.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that you did not order, you may exchange it within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible returns for these reasons will not incur a shipping cost.
Please note that during peak season the return processing time may fluctuate slightly.
AUSTRALIA
- A $9.50 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund for items other than pantry goods to cover the cost of shipping.
- Please ship back your return within 7 days, ensuring you have provided a tracking number and followed the instructions outlined to you.
- Once we receive your return, please allow for 3-7 days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return and your refund.
RETURN OPTIONS
- A refund to your original payment method only less shipping costs.
- Return for store credit to your customer account less shipping costs.
- If you use a store credit to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the store credit and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method.
